Note: Deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions. In the case that the individual would like to transfer their deposit to another upcoming hosted trip, please email billing@melanatedvacations and include the trip you submitted payment for, and which trip you were like to transfer deposit to within 24 hours of submitting original payment. Transfer is subject to availability on requested trip. Deposits can be issued in terms of a credit that can be applied towards a deposit for a future trip.
