1. Planning Fees

Prior to our team providing you with proposals for your ideal trip, we kindly require that a planning fee is paid for.

What is a planning fee? One way you can view the fee is the rate you will be spending for us to research, create, and plan your dream vacation or trip. It is the fee you are paying to not be stressed when trying to find the best deal or plan your vacation.

A planning fee compensates us, the Travel Agent, for our time and effort in creating a customized itinerary that meets your needs and preferences. Also, it helps ensure that you are committed to the trip and are serious about working with us. It's more than just booking travel for us - as your Agent, we strive to ensure that we can provide personalized and high-quality service to you and the rest of our clients with our access to exclusive deals and perks.

As such, our planning fees are as follows (subject to change):

We do not offer flight-only services; flights can be arranged by us with the purchase of a vacation/hotel.
Hotel only: services include booking a hotel only
- 1-4 guests: $25 USD
- 5+ guests: $50 USD
Regular Vacation/Cruise: services include booking a flight, hotel/cruise, excursions, etc.
- 1-4 guests: $50 USD
- 5-9 guests: $75 USD
- 10+ guests: $100 USD
Romance/Special Occasions:
- Honeymoon: $75 USD
- Wedding & Special Occasions: please contact us to discuss rates
Corporate/Retreat Planning: please contact us to discuss rates. Starting at $250 USD

We offer special discounts for students, teachers, military, seniors (age 55+), and non-profit organizations. Please be sure to let us know if any of these apply to you!

2. Proposals & Itineraries

After we receive the Planning Fee and the signed Terms & Agreement, we will work diligently to provide you with 3 vacation proposals based on the information collected from your Vacation Request Form. Up to 3 modifications will be permitted at no additional costs! Any additional modifications will be charged at $15 per modification.

Our proposals provide you with a detailed and customized plan for your travel arrangements. Proposals will include information such as flights, accommodations, activities, and other relevant details based on the your preferences and budget, making it easier for the client to make an informed decision about their travel plans.

Once the proposal has been selected, and the deposit and/or first payment has been made on the vacation, our team can work with you to develop an official itinerary and add any additional excursions/activities to your agenda!

Our itineraries help you stay organized and informed throughout your trip, ensuring that you don't miss any important documents, details, or activities. They can also help you budget your time and expenses effectively, ensuring that they make the most of their travel experience. The itineraries are shareable!

3. Preparing for Your Vacation

Our team is available to you via email, text, and phone while you prepare for your trip. Perhaps this is your first time traveling internationally? Do you need recommendations on travel items to purchase? We will make sure we stay in communication with you up until your trip to make sure everything is taken care of from the planning perspective.

4. During your Vacation

We check-in with you once you arrive to your destination to make sure everything is meeting your expectations. If there's any way we can remotely accommodate your requests, we will be sure to get in contact with the appropriate staff to ensure your needs are met.
